Older meters become less accurate as their moving parts wear out and are more prone to maintenance issues. As a result, they are unable to effectively track the total amount of water moving through them.

WCSA is replacing all water meters across our entire system with meters that perform reliably and accurately throughout their projected 15-year minimum lifespan. This project is part of our strategic planning process to provide for the long-term needs of current and future customers.

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https://wcsawater.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/mother-helping-daughter-wash-her-hands.jpg” alt=”mother-helping-daughter-wash-her-hands” title_text=”mother-helping-daughter-wash-her-hands” disabled_on=”on|off|on” _builder_version=”4.9.10″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”||||false|false” animation_style=”flip”][/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.10″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Bevan||||||||” text_text_color=”#E09900″ text_font_size=”22px” custom_margin=”||10px||false|false” custom_padding=”||||false|false”]

What are the existing meters being replaced with?

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.10″ _module_preset=”default”]

Existing positive displacement (moving parts) meters are being replaced with ultrasonic (no moving parts) meters.
