{"id":55,"date":"2019-02-26T20:56:15","date_gmt":"2019-02-26T20:56:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wcsawater.com\/?page_id=55"},"modified":"2019-02-27T19:50:45","modified_gmt":"2019-02-27T19:50:45","slug":"voucher-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wcsawater.com\/index.php\/developers\/voucher-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Voucher Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;3.19.17&#8243; use_background_color_gradient=&#8221;on&#8221; background_color_gradient_start=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; background_color_gradient_end=&#8221;rgba(255,255,255,0)&#8221; background_color_gradient_overlays_image=&#8221;on&#8221; background_image=&#8221;https:\/\/wcsawater.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/water-background.jpg&#8221;][et_pb_row custom_padding=&#8221;20px|20px|40px|20px|false|false&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.19.17&#8243; background_color=&#8221;rgba(255,255,255,0.8)&#8221; border_radii=&#8221;on|10px|10px|10px|10px&#8221; border_width_all=&#8221;2px&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;3.19.17&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.19.17&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1>Voucher Program<\/h1>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.19.17&#8243;]Construction Voucher Program<\/p>\n<p><span>WCSA&#8217;s\u00a0Connection Construction Voucher Program offers\u00a0developers credit vouchers for water and\/or wastewater connections for each lot where a connection has been installed in conformance with WCSA\u2019s general specifications and guidelines (specifications and guidelines are available\u00a0for download below).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Program Summary:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A voucher for each lot with a water and\/or sewer connection is issued to the developer and redeemable only at (or after) the time of purchase of the water\/sewer connection for that lot.<\/li>\n<li>Residential water connection fee vouchers\u00a0are valued at\u00a0$750 and\u00a0residential wastewater connection fee vouchers\u00a0are valued at\u00a0$640 (per WCSA Board of Commissioners&#8217;\u00a0Action &#8211; July 2008).<\/li>\n<li>Only one (1) voucher may be used\/redeemed per Application.<\/li>\n<li>To redeem a voucher at the time of application, the\u00a0voucher must be presented and match the lot for which an application is being\u00a0submitted (no exceptions).<\/li>\n<li>To redeem a voucher after application, the voucher must be presented to WCSA and match\u00a0the lot that has already been applied for new service. If these conditions are met, the voucher amount will be paid by check to the holder.<\/li>\n<li>Vouchers may be transferred by the developer to any other party. Transferred vouchers should be clearly marked with the name of the
