hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, April 2, at 2 p.m. The ceremony will take place in lot 13 of the Oak Park Center for Business and Industry, located off Lee Highway between Exits 10 and 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/wcsawater.com\/index.php\/2024\/02\/25\/wcsa-project-updates-february-2024\/#leehighway\">Lee Highway Corridor Sewer Expansion Project<\/a> is a multi-phase project that began in 2012 when the Washington County Board of Supervisors, Washington County Industrial Development Authority and WCSA boards determined to bring much-needed sewer treatment capacity to the west-central portion of Washington County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rd.usda.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USDA Rural Development<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deq.virginia.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Virginia Department of Environmental Quality<\/a>, Washington County and WCSA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-vivid-green-cyan-color
