WCSA still needs your help identifying the type of water service line that runs from your water meter to your home or building. We must identify any service lines composed of lead or galvanized pipe and submit this information to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by Oct. 16, 2024.
WCSA is currently conducting a Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) to identify where these types of pipes may exist. You can find directions here for identifying your service line material, and filling out and submitting a survey.
In addition, members of WCSA’s staff are going to customer residences to help identify service line material and assist with the survey. We greatly appreciate the cooperation and response we have received so far from water customers who have completed the LSLI survey or spoken with a WCSA representative.
