The WCSA is committed to providing a safe, dependable supply of drinking water at a reasonable price. Regularly, WCSA’s Board of Commissioners and Staff review all aspects of its finances and needs. Aging infrastructure, requests for service along with changing regulations place significant demands on WCSA. Accordingly, WCSA’s approach to rates has been small incremental adjustments over time rather than larger onetime increases. Effectively July 1, 2016, modest increases to water and sewer rates will take effect.
