For your convenience, WCSA offers numerous ways to pay your monthly water and wastewater bills.
Our AutoDraft automatic bank account withdrawal system is easy, convenient and free. You never have to worry about checks, postage or late charges. Simply download and complete the AutoDraft form, attach a voided check and return these items to our office. Continue to pay your monthly bill until you see the AUTODRAFT message in the Amount Due box on your monthly statement.
Or you can take advantage of our free Online Payment System, where you can view your account balance, make a one-time payment, or enroll in automatic monthly payments from your credit or debit card. You must first register your account online, using your most recent water bill. Be sure to call our Customer Service team at 276-628-7151 if you need assistance setting up your account.
Along with in-person payment options via our lobby and drive-through window, customers are able to pay by phone 24/7 by calling 844-767-8896 or 276-628-7151 and choosing option two. Phone payments may be made with VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
