WCSA is almost exclusively funded through the sale of its water and sewer services (connection and monthly user fees). Other than an occasional grant, WCSA receives no outside financial support. Water and sewer connection and monthly user fees (revenues) pay all WCSA expenses.
The following rates went into effect on July 1, 2025, for Fiscal Year 2026.
Water Rates:
Monthly Minimum Base Charge: $29.03 (for residential customers with a ¾-inch meter)

Wastewater Rates:
Monthly Base Charge: $34.34 (for all meter sizes)
