The Board of Commissioners of the Washington County Service Authority plans to hold a Regular Board Meeting at 6:00 pm on Monday, October 28, 2019 in the E.W. Potts Board Room at its administrative office located at 25122 Regal Drive in Abingdon, Virginia. The public is welcome to attend.
