The Board of Commissioners of the Washington County Service Authority plans to hold a meeting starting at 7:00 pm, Monday, May 6, 2019 in the Jack S. Cole Conference Room at its administrative office located at 25122 Regal Drive in Abingdon, Virginia for purposes of discussing the Rate Fee and Charge Study and Strategic Planning initiative and possible action on engineering task orders and agreements with Whitman Requardt Associates and Thompson & Litton.
