Notice of Meeting

Please take notice that the Washington County Service Authority (WCSA) will hold a Special Called Meeting at 6:00 PM on Monday, April 6, 2020 in the E.W. Potts Board Room at the WCSA administrative office located at 25122 Regal Drive in Abingdon, Virginia. The purpose of this meeting is to consider: 1) a Sole Source Contract between WCSA and Itron, 2) a Contract between WCSA and Thompson & Litton for the Lee Highway Sewer Project, 3) a Master Engineering Services Agreement with Thompson & Litton, 4) a leases between WCSA and the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, 5) lease agreements between WCSA and VA/KY, iGO and Brumley Gap Volunteer Fire Department, and 6) a written procedure for electronic participation in meetings, 7) consideration of the Authorization of the General Manager to Award the Galvanized Line Phase 3 and Abingdon Water Storage Tank Project, 8) consideration of the Authorization of the General Manager to Award the Health Insurance Consultant Services, 9) Consideration of the Authorization of the General Manager to Award Work Order Management System Contract.
